What is the currency of the product prices?
All products are priced in Singapore Dollars SGD.

Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a retail store at the moment and our products are only available through our online store.

What are the payment options available?
Payment options for Singapore orders:
We accept payment by bank transfer, paypal, mastercard, or visa.
Mastercard & Visa payment will be processed via our paypal account. Pls select Paypal option during checkout if you would like to pay by credit card.

We accept payment by paypal, mastercard, or visa.

How much is the shipping charges?
For deliveries to local (Singapore) address, the postage & handling fee is charged at a flat rate of SGD 3.70 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. Local orders (after discounts and before postage charge) above SGD 50.00 are entitled to free registered postage.
For overseas orders, shipping & handling fee will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination.

All orders will be shipped using Singpost registered mail.

How soon will my order be shipped?
We promise to ship between 2-5 days after payment is received.

Are the products tested on animals?
We do not perform any form of animal testing with our products.

Does HUES Mineral Cosmetics contain nanoparticles?
